Approximate and precise location information when necessary for roadside assistance, service matching, and live tracking

Location Information
RoadShare uses location information to provide location-based roadside assistance services. Location may be used to identify a customer's service location, locate available helpers, calculate proximity, and provide live tracking during an active roadside assistance request.
RoadShare does not use location information for advertising purposes.
Users can manage location permissions through their device settings. Certain RoadShare features may not function correctly without location access.
Payments
RoadShare uses third-party payment processing services to securely process payments and facilitate eligible helper payouts. RoadShare does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
Payment providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Helper Verification
Individuals registering as RoadShare service helpers may be required to provide verification information, including photographs of identification, insurance documentation, vehicle information, or other documents necessary to evaluate eligibility to provide services through the platform.
Verification information is used for safety, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

When an account is deleted, active account and profile information that is no longer required may be deleted or de-identified.
Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required, including completed service records, transaction and payment records, helper payout records, ratings and service history, fraud-prevention information, disputes, chargebacks, and records necessary for accounting or legal compliance.

RoadShare is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the RoadShare platform.
